bar riser
I would like to raise my bars up 2 Inches. has anyone added to the adjustable bars. How far can u go?

I would also like to add 2” on my 02 MC 800. Are any extensions needed for wires brake lines ect? Any info will be appreciated!

you shouldnt need any extension of any sort if your only going up 2 inches

take your bars off with the cables still on and see how high they will go that will give you a good idea of how much room you have to rise them

2 inch no prob, got a 3 1/2inchs on a 03 moutain cat just had to reroute some of the wires.

I built the 3 1/2 my self, same with the 2, not hard.

No, trying to hard. Get some (i don't remeber the size) i think 3/8 thick wall pipe and a some 1/2 inch flat, take the block from your handle bars off, (once you determind how high your cables will let you go) and cut the pipe to the length of the rise you want, take the four peices and "bolt" them up to the block on the bench, (your handle bar block will work as a jig when you go to measure and weld up your cross peices) and cut your flat to the length and width, do some angle with the ends and weld her up, make a box more or less. Paint it black or whatever you'd like to do. Have a raiser custom height for less then $10.
