Does Cat supply the computer program to track parts inventory and sales? If it does I can only assume that a Parts Manager has the ability to stock more of the faster moving parts, IF he's the one ordering parts for stock. Trouble with 1-3 Y/O sleds there is little history on parts sales so you're going to wait. One thing that would help a dealer would be access to a complete list of snowmobile registrations in their area.

What dealer was that?

Airtec was my closest dealer also. Nice guys but definitely more interested In the other brands they carry. The dealer in New Richmond/turtle lake are done also. They seem to be dropping like flies in this area.

auburn6887 pretty much nailed it on the head.....

Unfortunately, this has been going on like this ever since Cat went "live" on Wall Street trading market... Seems they (upper elite) want to satisfy shareholders more than customers (which is killing several dealers with crappy economy)....

^^^^^ THIS, is what's wrong with the U.S. business market these days...
