Ok guys I just sold my Yamaha 1985 rzv500 v 4 two stroke street bike. My buddy that makes custom frames want's to do a bike for me with a two stroke snow mobile motor. He also make's a very trick 5/6 transmission that we will be using in it. I am thinking about the m800 motor with electric start. Any other ideas?
Thanks jay.
I'm no help, but years ago I put a few Mazda 13B rotaries in weird applications, 1 adapted to a Volvo stern drive in a 20' boat. They are a 2 stroke, light weight, I could carry the bare motor in my arms, and NA with porting, I think you could get close to 300 hp. Very little work to get 200 hp , smooth idle, rev to the moon. need a lot of oil cooling to live, though. Take some serious exhaust system to quiet em down.I dunno
