10-11 Mileage:
09-10 Mileage: 200
08-09 Mileage: 200
i need help with my 95 580 ext it bogs on take off and is very hard on fuel .i have rebuilt engine ,cleaned carbs,changed plugs .could it have somthing to do with electical on side of carbs(magnets). can i bypass them or jump them.please help !!

What is your jetting? What does the piston wash and plug colour look like? Bogging and poor fuel consumption is not caused by the TSS (Throttle Safety Switch, which includes the magnet switches on the carbs). Overly rich jetting will cause the problems you are experiencing and the spark plugs and piston wash will tell you the state of your carb tuning. These engines are hard on fuel, even when they are well tuned.

Those motors are thirsty!

The booging could be TPS, is it a bog or more like a miss?

Make sure the belt deflection is set correct a sled will bog off the line if the belt is too loose. Here is a video I did on how to set proper belt deflection.
