Hi, I might buy a 1993 580 ext and i was wondering if this has been a good sled. What do you think the top speed of it would be? If it's in good condition, do you guys think it would be worth buying?

i liked the sled. it handled good.

if its in good shape with reasonable milage,...........
and the price is right.
it should be a good sled for ya.

I've hit 100 a couple times on the speedo on my 93 EXT 550 efi. It's been a great sled for me.

PLus its one of the most reliable cat ever made. My dad bought his new in '93 and we have had no problems at all with it. With me on it I've hit 85 in a foor of powder.

Yeah, I haven't seen the sled yet, the guy may have told me something wrong about the name. It only has 1500 miles on it and he's asking $900.

There could be something wrong with it or he just really wants to get rid of it because a sled like that with that low of miles would be worth about $1200-$1400

Yeah I think the guy just wants to get rid of it. Are all of the 93' 580's EFIs?
