Sled: Arctic Cat F7
ATV: Polaris Predator 500 TLD/ KFX 400
2006 Mileage: a ton!
Does anyone reccomend a reputable Arctic Cat dealer in Southern NY? I live on Long Island and there is only one Arctic Cat Dealer here. I called to set up an appointment for them to go through the machine and make sure everything is setup properly, fix any issues and perform the necessary recalls. They got back on the phone with me and said "Since you did not buy the sleds from us we will not do the recalls, but we will service them". I find that amazing and I am now looking for another dealer. Maybe CT if I have to.
Thnaks.

rgnbull1227,
Give Tom at Arcticadventures in Rosendale, NY (just south of Kingston, NY on RT 32) a call at 845-658-8844. Tom is a hands on owner. I live in Albany, NY and shopped around my local area Cat dealers but settled on Arcticadventures 60 miles away. We bought two spring order "02 Cats from Tom and have had them services and maintained there every year. They know their stuff and give great service.

Obviously, They aren't the dealer or business you wouldn't want to deal with.

Find a dealer who would take the time to converse and work with you on your sleds regardless of what the previous outcome is through their common courtesy.

Good Luck,

Because he's the only Cat dealer for miles around Long Island. He can afford to be a prick, because who wants to service their sleds out of their way. If a cat dealer tried that around us, they'd be out of buisness.
