I am looking for ideas on building some warm up stands. Anybody have any ? Maybe some pics or dimensions ?
I'm thinking 2x4 or 2x6 ?
Somewhere on the net, I saw one made out of PVC pipe, now I can't find it.
They must be fairly cheap because I am on a budget and need 4 of them.
Thanks !

Well, IMO, for about twice what you would pay for wood, you could build them out of steel and they would last a lifetime. Most steel suppliers, if not extremely busy at the time, will cut everything to length for you and only takes about 15 minutes to weld them up. If you are interested in steel, PM me and I'll send pics and dimensions of a couple I made.

Here is the best picture I could find of the stand I made. Its just a couple piece of 2x4 standing up right and the base is a 2x10 about a 16" long.

Looks like "GOFASTCAT" has a good idea. Could throw one of them togather fast and cheap.....

Once you open a can of worms, the only way to recan them is to use a larger can.
