xr 550

was wondering upgraded from my 2007 500 standard shift to a 2015 xr 550 automatic. question is compared to my old atv high doesn't seem high enough and low seems way to low is there any thing a guy could do to change this? hardly ever used high in my old one but low gear in new one seems to be revving way to much for what its doing.

Run it in high and get used to the noise. Gearing up isn't worth the cost and effort, plus it's harder on wet clutch and belts.

Taller tires would help some.
