700H1 more power

ok first off im looking to ad some more power to the 700

i know that exhaust dont do much but what would you recommend? HMF or speedwerx.

Also for the power while looking at the speedwerx site at exhaust i came across the big bore kit (750) then i seen the 11:1 or 12:1 high comp piston which would be the better bang for your buck? also i would be adding a cam to this.

thats a total of:

$275-$370 for exhaust
$295 for piston both are same price
$370 for Big bore kit
$296 for cam
-------------
1236 or 1331 for the works depending on exhaust

or would i be better with at high comp piston and a cam with exhaust? i just want your opinion on if $1200 + is worth the power gain.

I already have the power commander V with autotune, mudpro snorkel, nology ignition coil with hotwire.

If you need a USFS approved muffler, I think the Speedwerks is not approved. I got crap from a ranger that it wasnt stamped on the housing.
It did work decent and I dont think its as loud as the HMF if that matters.

Mod your stock one and leave the arrestor in it?

Thats what I`ve been getting away with.Although the common mod eliminates the arrestor by adding another down tube. Is that the one you are referring to?

Just weld a larger tip in the existing spot and leave the arrestor in it's original location. Does it still work... No but you'll never get questioned because it's stock and it has an arrestor. Or you can do it like I did then you have an arrestor.

Yeah, I never get questioned. That and a swiss cheese airbox mod did a lot for mine at altitude. Out here we have rocks and dust, no mud or deep water.
One of my redneck lines is if you need a snorkel, ya shoulda bought a jetski.

i have the modded stock muffler but want something with a little better sound. im leaning towards HMF quiet performance series.

would the cam and 11:1 or 12:1 piston be the best bang? i want big bore but how much do you gain with 50cc more?

More power? I've heard that the 2010 mudpro ECU gives it 7 h.p.
I can dig up some posts from earlier this year.

2010 700 Mud Pro ECU = More HP?
