ive been throwing around the idea of trading mine in on a mudpro, always wanted one but got good deal on one i got now, but now i miss my cat. No denying the rotax power, mines aboslutely retarded in certain spots. So now if i get a mp700, aint gonna be enough power, so obv id get the 1000, but how are people liking the longer frame for trail riding and all that?
and what did you guys pay for your mp1000's?

Actually he's right. Go look up the gears in an early model, say 03 500 Auto. They're 3.1 gears. Cat already had them and when they realized the lower geared, higher horse power bikes where cracking the cast aluminum housings because the torque.... they went back to them to try and patch the problem.

Only main problems I have with Cats now are the differentials. They need to make a stronger housing and bring back the 3.6s at least IMO

Sweet looking 1000 man. I am jealous. I don't know if I could put a bike that cherry in the mud, lol

I love the extended frame i havent found a situation where it causes any problem and it climbs like a monkey and i must say the power steering is so awesome to have. I payed alot 16gs but i dont care the amount of fun iv had with it has been totally worth it. Good luck with your decision.

WOW.........$11850 for a 2012 Mudpro 1000? Where?

This was the best price I found on a 2012 MP1000 until demoman spoke up!
