I used a breaker bar ,but if your racks are like mine and not welded all the way around it is pretty easy to bend them by hand.

Okay Hercules, come on over! My racks are 07 and all the bars are welded together. I had my 200 lbs friend stand on the floorboard while I had a 6 foot spud bar on it and was raising the whole quad off the ground on that side and it didnt budge a bit.

I also tried a breaker bar in the square tubing on the end of the rack and bent the $@^* out of my breaker bar with and extension on it.

Sure thing!!! You see an average person can lift much more than 200lbs with their legs. So ya, I would hope your 200 friend and the corner of your bike came up when using a 6ft lever!!! Stand on the tire, bike cant move, and lift. A lot more force applied to there than 200 lbs buddy!

Slikjr you must be like 3ft tall LOL!!! If my 6'3" 225lbs 38yr old A$$ climbed up on my tire and tried that my spine would rip out of my back and my tail bone would poke me in the back of my head! LOL!!! Maybe the rack you wrestled with wasn't as bent as mine. LOL!!

Really?! Well I'd suggest a good trainer and a gym then. Try a "squat" out for starters because that is the same movement. Get back to me with how it goes ahahah. Don't poo yourself!
