spark plug keeps going bad after parking

so as a few of u may know i cleaned my carb then my bike stopped working went over my carb and i found out i left a jet off LOL

so now that my bikes been working i went out for a ride everything was fine, came back home washed my bike down the parked it in the shed, came back next morning to go for a ride and my spark plug went bad, it came out chalky black, so i sanded it down it worked again so i knew it was the spark so i went to canadian tire bought a new plug, put it in then went out came back did the usual wash & park then when i came back 2 days later the plug was bad again, im gonna get a new plug obviously but i want to solve the problem instead of buying 1000x plugs

Sounds a little on the rich side. Are you everything else is good with the carb? Everything correct the plug should be a tan color not black. Dog

It is the pms screw on the bottom of the carb. That will only help at idle up to 1/4 throttle

If you want to learn this stuff yourself, start by going to www.mymowerparts.com and download a repair manual for your bike. Second go to the pinned section of this site and read jetting 101 from start to finish, when you think you finally understand it ....read it again lol Everything I have learned came from those two sources as well as help from many people on here. You need to have a basic understanding of what you are working on in order for people to help.Does that make sense?
