I have a 07 650 h1 and a 08 500. I need to change the oil and have a few gallons of 10W/40W Mineral based oil, Can I use this or should or do I need to go get the newer synthetic oil they have.

You can though I use the cat synthetic oil since it comes in a kit with oil, filter, and even a neat paper funnel!

Mainly so that if my bike has any engine issues nobody can ever say it is because I was using the wrong oil!
