Well depends on what is going on with the bike. First i would drain your gas and get some fresh. Then, i would get a can of seafoam. Add a half of can to your gas and go for a ride. If that doesn't clear up the problem. Pull the carb off of the engine. Pull your jets and take a can of gumout carb cleaner and start spraying. Make sure you find all of little holes in the carb. Make sure there isn't any dust or gunk in the carb.
A little more info about your issues would help us resolve any issues you are having.

My best for you would to be, go to countrycat.net and go to new parts, put in your year and model and click on carb on the drop down. That is going to give you an exploded view of the carb. That is the best i can do. There isnt much to carbs, so if you just know where to put what back where it belongs you should be able to rebuild it easily, as for a carb rebuild kit i dont know of any one who makes them.
Hopefully some one will chime in with a little more info then that i can provide for you.
