I have a 4 place Yacht Club snowmobile trailer that doesn't cut it anymore for 4 ATV's. It worked pretty good and pulled well until we all got aftermarket tires and rims, now your doing really good if you load all 4 machines without one slipping off!!! Anyone know the best trailer to get without spending $4,000?????

I have a 14ft Sledbed with a 2 foot \/ front. I can easily haul 4 machines even with my extended T-CAT. I will post some pics tomorrow.

If you got any fabricating skills you could build a pretty ****** one for anywhere between $1000 - $1500. Otherwise just keep your eye open locally for someone getting rid of one for cheap, their out there!

keep an eye on craigslist.com i have an 6x12 enclosed trailer that i use to store my atv and transport it. but it only holds my atv but when i go riding with friends i hate taking 4 different trucks. so ive kept my eye on craigslist and found a few trailers that need flooring and would be the perfect length for 4 or more atvs. but rite now for me its were to keep the trailer. but there on there all the time for cheap $$$.

I know I am not exactly down the street from ya, but I am selling my big trailer, I am askign 1800.00. It is a 102 wide, 20 foot deck over about 4 years old, always stored inside has floor mounded resesed D-rings. It can hold up to 6 machines provided at least a couple of them are sporties, 5 is about the max for the big 4x4 utes. Tires are like new. Bulldog hitch, electric brakes.

I noticed one big difference when trailer shopping for my trailer, four Arctic Cat Utility ATVs need significantly more room than four of the other brands. If you go with aftermarket rims on the Cats you can have something that is over four feet wide. Multiply those times four and add some wiggle room and thatís a long trailer. Also be aware of the weight. With my two ATVs loaded with gear and gas I am pushing 2,000 pounds. Don't forget to take into account the heavier aftermarket tires, bumpers, winch, etc, and the weight of the fluids. (I thought I heard someone mention about 40 lbs with the gas tank full, never did the calculations). I wish I was lucky enough to own four but all I haul is two for now, however I would suggest something around 20 feet long if you are loading them sideways.

Had 2 trailers made out of old boat trailers that I came across.Boat trailers are a good foundation to build a trailer as most are already set up to tote more weight than 4 Atv's.
