Hey everyone. I know there is a plow post a few down but I don't want to rob his thread lol. Actually I will be putting a plow on my 07 250 this year. nothing huge just a lawnmower plow to move the snow around a bit. I convinced my neighbor to buy a cat and he did. He got a 400 auto trv. He also has a plow but a real one, so I can follow behind him and clean up the smaller stuff as the township I live in , I don't think has a plow lol. My question is this. Does anyone have a pic or a link to a setup I can bolt on to the front of a 250 to incorporate the plow. I have steel at my dispossal so I will be making it. Just wondering if there is a pic somewhere I can look at to get an idea.

There is a mounting plat under the plastic guard so I'm thinking if I make a steel plate and then weld the brackets to that and just put a pin through it might work. I can just get a nylon rope to lift the blade as it's only like 48 inches wide. maybe I don't know. I was just wondering if there was someone who has done this. The 250 accesories are kinda limited. I can't even find a winch on fleabay for one.

just remember to put some weight on the rear rack. plowing in 2 wheel drive won't work unless your rear wheels have good traction..... I tried it before and it wouldn't work.

My first ATV was a kawi 250 and it plowed with the rest of them. Just had trouble because it was so light. For our area we only see 1' plus snows every once and a while, just have to keep up with it every 4 to 6 inches or so.

I know that I used a universal mounting bracket and I got the plow from cycle country. If you didn't buy the tractor plow yet give them a call.

thanks for the replys. I have a plow already ( I got it free lol ) It's just a smaller one off of a yard tractor. I have a set of chains and will probably stick a sandbag or 2 on the rear rack.
