Exhaust Valve Cable

In doing my preseason inspection, I've found that one of the exhaust valve cables are loose from one of the cylinders. It won't fall out but does wiggle side to side. I don't actually know if the cable is wiggling but the metal housing that goes into the plate does.

I have a 2007 F8 sno pro and am wondering if this is something to fix right away or if it will cause any issues. Maybe this is causing me the boggy start at initial throttle?

Did you remove the valves and clean, confirm cables move smoothly with zero bind, confirm exhaust valve springs are not broken (very common) the re-assemble and adjust the cables to spec?
