my shock are dead like there useless and i am wondering how to fill my shocks. what type of fluid can use to recharge my shocks. my seals are okay, not leaking.

my shocks are fox zero. the shock has a robinsons screw obove the shock and the bottom has a troxs srew or something like that.


any suggestions please replay,

Fox sells a shock oil that my dealer has I just use that. He also has the nitrogen so for $25 I let him do it for me. I don't have time in spring, plus a new one is pretty expensive so that way I can't mess it up!

yeah that sounds right to me too...your dealer should have all the proper tools, jigs, oil, and nitrogen
to get the job done quick and easy...and the price is right on at 25 bucks...not to mention no headache factor...

delaers are ok to rebuild,sometimes. if any valving changes are needed send the shock(s) to a pro.
