New to forum and new to Arctic Cat (have a second hand one) Great ATV so far...but..

when working today, it stuttered, lost power) then stalled and would not restart (turned over etc all OK)

After a couple of hours, it restarted fine...ran until hot then did the same and stopped.

Coolant full, air cleaner new, fuel fresh...

suggestions and help very much appreciated.

Thanks

I had something like that happen. Turned out to be a cracked fuel line.

Under the front left fender there's a manual fuel pump. If you can't pump it until you feel good pressure, that might be your problem too.

On edit….

The fuel line crack wasn't large enough to cause the problem until the line became hot. I noticed that I couldn't get the primer pump to really make pressure, but the machine ran, so I ignored it. It wasn't until I had the dealer look at it (and pressure test everything) that the leak was found.
