The S__ thing is my 06 fc tank cracked out too. I have always stored sled inside out of sunlight.

My SC was fixed with the ring insert, but cracked even more over the summer. Indoor storage too. Like I said, I still kept my dimes in my pocket when I got it done.

That is exactly what happened to my 2009 m8 sno pro. I wrote an email to Arctic cat on their website and they told me to go to my dealership and they would be aware of the problem and fix it. They covered the part I had to cover the labour because they weren't part of the recall. Hope this helps

I had the sending unit neck crack on my 09 F570, 2 years ago, dealer replaced for $60 labor. Only took from Jan 15 to Mar 20 to get done, 1 hr labor.

Recall issued jan 11 17 for all 2007-09 twin spar chassis . Take to dealer and if cracked a new tank,if not an update collar of some type(waiting for mine to arrive) will be installed.

Dealer screwed you. Tank labor is covered by Cat. We just did one back in February (while I was off work on comp.), still waiting to be picked up though.

Trigger finger's getting itchy, so don't entice me....
