660 Touring No fuel, Lights or gauges?

Ok i just did a head gasket on my buddys 02 660 4 stroke and everything went great until i went to start it. When you turn the key on the fuel pump does not turn on and prime the system plust there is no head light or tail light plus the gauges dont work. Everything work before, im sure every thing was pluged back in properly there really isn't much to plug in and you cant really screw that up. If i put 12v to the pump manualy it runs and primes the system and will fire up and run great till the fuel presure drops then it dies. I've heard it could be realays but i've checked them all and they seem to be fine. What could i be missing. Please Help.
Thanks

Just a thought.....
I pretty sure you're on the right track with electrical.
You'll have to trace the wires and check voltage and continuity as you go.
Good Luck!

It sounds to me like you may have the emergency kill switch on the right handle bar depressed, this will prevent the fuel pump to engage and lights to come on. You may have already checked this but I speak from experience, that switch has gotten me before.
