40 psi, that was with a warm engine and the throttle held wide open and about 5 pulls. I pulled a couple of more times but it didn't go past 40. I had a knock and then it died and after doing some reading it my be the plastic Governor gear broke.

I think that normall is around 80-110. I guess I should say that is an okay range. The cam has a compression realease on it that makes the motor easier to start.

Garage
mine now has 145 psi. when i first got it, it only had 65psi and smoked bad and bumped up to 85psi with oil down the cylinder (wet test). i changed the oil and took out the plug and let the oil soak on the top of the piston. Running 145psi now at WOT and 4-5 pulls. just ordered a 200cc motor from Harbor freight for 99.99 SHIPPED!!! just an idea
i also have a set of rings and head gasket here for the 120 i might not need.....good luck.
