Hi All

Wondering what age kids ride a 120 or Kitty Cat?

Also what height and weight?

I have a 10 year old daughter, and I'm thinking a sled of her own would be more fun than riding as a passenger.

Of course, I wouldn't expect a 120 to keep up with my big sled, but around the area we have plenty of farm land trails etc.

Thanks

Doug

120's are good for 6-8 year olds. My 8 year old is 75lbs and 4'6" and he can ride it but looks too big for it. My 6 year old is perfect, he is 52 lbs.

No to the 120. Don't even waste the time unless you have another younger one to hand it down to. My 4 yearold is riding the 120, 2nd year at it. My 10 year old is on a 370 and has been for the last 2 1/2 seasons. Better off looking for a 370 or something near that size. You would be able to ride with her also on the larger sled to help her learn how to handle it. Also it would keep up out on the trail. Good Luck

Well, my 9 year old son just graduated from our Motoski Mirage (after he blew the motor) to my Zr700.. But he`s been riding motocross for 4 years now and can outdrive some adults. Dont even waste your time with a 120. Not saying a 700 is safe for ANY kid(other than a straight line on the lake). but atleast get a Z370.

My son started on a kitty cat when he was 3 and last year I got him a 120. He is now 6 and has almost outgrown the 120 with a max speed of 13 mph, 8mph with govenor.
Too bad cat does not make an inbetween sled. I don't know what to get him next.

Got to agree. I've wondered too why there isn't a mid range sled. You go from a 120 to a 570, big jump unless your lucky enough to find a good 370 in the used market.
