Sled: Not brand loyal

I don’t know if my kid did it, or if I bought it that way from the previous owner, But one of the front “springs” is cracked. (on the brake side)
Its not cracked all the way thru, but it looks bonded and where it meets its cracked / split.

Its off a 2000 Z 120, the spring is 12 5/8” lg. x 2 ½ wide x 5/16 thick, Black fiberglass / kevlar material.

Any of you guys have stock one from a sled that got its front suspension modified?

Let me know, any feed back is greatly appreciated!!

Call me.

I seen you have alot of questions on the 200 120. I have completely gone thru my son's. He races snocross. Can give you some pointers on improvements.

1) On the chain tensioner. The best is to go with an aftermarket one.(recmotors.com) or for the stock one, use a big sled exhaust spring. Works much better than the stock wimpy spring that comes on it.

Chris,
Got the spring on Wed.
Thank you, very much…!!!!!!!!

The kid opened it, didn’t know quite what it was, ……he was sort of happy. But I think as he was opening it he was expecting some sort of toy….LOL……..he’ll enjoy it immensely this snow season!!!!!

Again….Thank you very much!!!!

No problem....

Sorry it took so long.

Kids really don't understand the improtance of parts sometimes. I know when I get parts in the mail I feel like it's Christmas....

Did you find a fix for it?

Just remember, once you're over the hill, you begin to pick up speed.

Devil's advocate. Hell conscientious and informed and downright argumentative dissenter.
